membership hold or Cancellation

WE’RE SORRY TO SEE YOU GO

1. Have you considered holding/freezing your membership instead?

If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request.

All members have the option to put their membership on hold. The hold period can be no less than one month. A membership hold is £15 per month. If you do decide to return, the amount billed during the freeze will be deducted from your active membership fees. For example, holding for two months would bill £30, this would then be deducted from your first months full membership payment.

A notice period of 14-days must be given before you would like the hold to begin. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

2. Still need to cancel?

If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, you can submit a Membership Cancellation Request.
After this email, you will be required to fill out a short online form. This form submission will serve as your 30-day written cancellation request as required by your membership agreement.

Your membership will be canceled 30-days from the submission of the online cancellation form.
Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.
All payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation of memberships prior to the expiration of any specified commitment period requires an early termination fee of the difference between the membership you were on and the membership you should have been on as outlined in your membership agreement.
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do), new membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable.
