  • Method Training is Newcastle’s premium group training gym.
    We mix resistance training, bodyweight movements, and cardiovascular exercise to provide the best workout possible in one hour.

  • Absolutely. Our sessions are suitable for all fitness levels by using our unique Base and Peak system. This allows you to choose your own pace and still get a great workout.

  • Of course. Our coaching team is trained to provide options for everyone, no matter what the workout. We can substitute movements, reduce weights and even refer you to a trusted physiotherapist for further treatment.

  • Yes. Our beginners process makes getting started simple. After your taster class, the next step is Elements. A 60-minute session working 1-1 with a coach to make sure your movements are safe and correct. You will feel confident and ready for our classes.

  • Method Training currently operates in Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne with plans to open more sites across the North East.

  • Yes. We have free on-site parking for our members with addition street parking within 2 minutes walk.

  • Yes. We have premium shower and changing facilities with storage cubbies, hair dryers, shower gels, deodorants, etc. Everything you need to freshen up and get ready on the go.
