Job Vacancy: Front of House Staff – Method Training

Hours: Minimum of 12 hours per week (with potential for more)

Method Training is looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff. As the first point of contact for our members and visitors, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting members and guests with a positive attitude

  • Managing bookings, check-ins, and general enquiries (in person, phone, and email)

  • Supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring the gym is clean, safe, and inviting

  • Assisting with sales of memberships, merchandise, and services

  • Working as part of a team to maintain high standards of customer service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive and approachable attitude

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
