A focused 60-minute seminar designed to break down this advanced gymnastics movement into accessible, proven progressions. Whether you're close to your first rep or just starting the journey, this session will build the skills you need.

We'll start with a mobility and activation warm-up to prepare your shoulders, core, and grip for high-performance work. From there, you'll be guided through 5 key progressions that focus on building pulling strength, mastering the transition, and developing explosive hip drive through controlled kipping mechanics.

Each drill is coached with intentionβ€”from high pulls and band-assisted transitions to hip-to-bar drills and support holds. You’ll get hands-on guidance tailored to your level, whether you're practicing your first transition or refining full bar muscle-up attempts.

We'll also address a commonly overlooked element: the dip and support phase. Expect targeted work to improve top-end strength and stability, ensuring you can finish the movement cleanly and safely.

This seminar is perfect for intermediate athletes who can do at least three strict pull-ups and want to unlock the muscle-up through technique, strength, and smart progressionsβ€”not brute force.
