Snatch Seminar: Build Skill, Speed & Confidence

Join us for a focused 60-minute seminar designed to break down the Olympic snatch into clear, effective progressions. Whether you're refining technique or looking to lift with more speed and precision, this session will help you move with confidence under the bar.

We'll begin with a targeted warm-up to prime your shoulders, hips, ankles, and coreβ€”preparing your body for dynamic, overhead movement. From there, you'll be guided through key positional drills that develop strong pulling mechanics, fluid transitions under the bar, and stable overhead catches.

Expect focused coaching on:

  • Proper bar path and setup

  • First and second pull mechanics

  • Turnover and receiving positions

  • Overhead mobility and stability

  • Footwork and speed under the bar

Each drill is intentionally structured to meet you where you areβ€”whether you're working from the hang or tackling full snatch reps from the floor. You'll receive hands-on guidance and personalized cues to sharpen both movement quality and confidence.

We'll also address one of the most common sticking points: consistency in the catch. Learn how to build stability and timing so your lifts feel smooth, fast, and strong.
