Clean and Jerk: Build Skill, Speed & Confidence

Join us for a focused 60-minute seminar designed to break down the clean & jerk into simple, effective progressions. Whether you’re refining technique or pushing toward a new PR, this session will help you move more efficiently and lift with confidence.

We’ll start with a targeted warm-up to activate your posterior chain, improve front rack and overhead mobility, and prime your body for explosive movement. Then, we’ll guide you through key phases of the lift—from the floor to the lockout—focusing on mechanics, timing, and precision.

Expect focused coaching on:

  • Clean setup, bar path, and pull mechanics

  • Receiving position and front squat efficiency

  • Jerk variations (push, power, split) and footwork

  • Overhead position and lockout stability

  • Transitions between the clean and the jerk

Each drill is coached with intent and scaled to your current level—whether you're refining the catch in the clean or dialing in footwork for a stronger, more confident jerk. You’ll receive personalized feedback and practical cues you can apply immediately.

We’ll also address a common challenge: connecting the clean to the jerk with control and consistency. You’ll learn strategies to manage fatigue, stay braced, and finish each lift cleanly and safely.
