Clean Seminar: Technique, Timing & Power

Join us for a focused 60-minute seminar dedicated to unlocking the full potential of your clean. Whether youโ€™re working toward smoother reps, heavier lifts, or just more confidence under the bar, this session will break down the movement into clear, effective progressions.

Weโ€™ll begin with a targeted warm-up to prep your posterior chain, improve front rack mobility, and activate key positions. From there, youโ€™ll move through the critical phases of the clean with focused drills designed to build power, precision, and consistency.

Expect coaching on:

  • Proper setup and pull mechanics from the floor

  • Bar path and timing through the extension

  • Receiving position and footwork

  • Front squat positioning and bracing

  • Variations from the hang and blocks to reinforce positions

Each drill is coached with intention and adapted to your levelโ€”whether youโ€™re working on improving your pull or refining your catch. Youโ€™ll receive hands-on feedback and personalized cues to sharpen your technique and movement efficiency.
