Clean Seminar: Technique, Timing & Power
Join us for a focused 60-minute seminar dedicated to unlocking the full potential of your clean. Whether youโre working toward smoother reps, heavier lifts, or just more confidence under the bar, this session will break down the movement into clear, effective progressions.
Weโll begin with a targeted warm-up to prep your posterior chain, improve front rack mobility, and activate key positions. From there, youโll move through the critical phases of the clean with focused drills designed to build power, precision, and consistency.
Expect coaching on:
Proper setup and pull mechanics from the floor
Bar path and timing through the extension
Receiving position and footwork
Front squat positioning and bracing
Variations from the hang and blocks to reinforce positions
Each drill is coached with intention and adapted to your levelโwhether youโre working on improving your pull or refining your catch. Youโll receive hands-on feedback and personalized cues to sharpen your technique and movement efficiency.
