
TEENS STRENGTH CLASS
This hour-long class introduces 'pre-teens' and 'teens' between the age of 11-15 to foundational strength movements.
We begin teaching the lifts with a PVC bar and move up in weight slowly, based on how well they perform the movement. We have several different levels of ability in the teens class and we will scale their workouts accordingly to help teach them the proper movement and prevent injury.
There is no minimum standard to join the class.
