Bar Muscle-Up Seminar: Unlock the Movement

Join us for a focused 60-minute seminar designed to break down the bar muscle-up into proven, accessible progressions. Whether you're chasing your first rep or refining your technique, this session will give you the tools to level up.

We'll kick off with a mobility and activation warm-up to prep your shoulders, core, and grip for high-performance work. Then, dive into five essential progressions that build pulling strength, explosive hip drive, and fluid transitions using controlled kipping mechanics.

Each drillβ€”high pulls, band-assisted transitions, hip-to-bar movements, and support holdsβ€”is coached with intention and tailored to your current level. You’ll get personalized feedback whether you're working on your first transition or dialing in full muscle-up reps.

We’ll also focus on a frequently overlooked phase: the dip and support. Expect targeted strength work to improve top-end control and ensure clean, confident finishes.
