Get ready for our final throwdown of the year—Winter Dual is back! This same-sex pairs competition is the perfect way to wrap up the training year with intensity, teamwork, and a whole lot of fun.

Whether you're in it to win it or just want to test yourself alongside a training partner, this event is designed for all abilities within our Method Training community. Expect 3/4 creative and challenging workouts that push your limits and bring the energy.
