4 week Strength Programme

This 4 week programme will help to give you a quick strength boost and become familiar with lifting multiple times per week. The programme consists of 3 training days, the first and third day will involve squats, with the second day being an upper-body day.

When you place your order, you will need to know or have a good estimate of the following lifts;

  • Front Squat

  • Back Squat

  • Deadlift

  • Clean

  • Jerk

  • Clean & Jerk

  • Bent over Row

  • Bench Press

Once your order has been placed you will receive your customised strength programme within 48 hours.
