This 6-week program is a follow-on from our 1st strength program.

The main focus of Program 1 was to prepare you for more frequent lifting, this programme picks up with higher rep ranges at a moderate to heavy percentage that increases throughout the program.

When you place your order, you will need to know or have a good estimate of the following lifts;

  • Front Squat

  • Back Squat

  • Deadlift

  • Clean

  • Jerk

  • Clean & Jerk

  • Bent over Row

  • Bench Press

Once your order has been placed you will receive your customised strength programme within 48 hours.
